Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Sharhan, headed the Kuwait delegation to the 23rd session of the Supreme Military Committee of Chiefs of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, held in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The General Staff of the Army stated in a press statement on Thursday that the meeting discussed topics related to enhancing joint cooperation among GCC member states and the latest security developments and updates in the region.
It added that the meeting examined areas of defense cooperation and joint coordination in light of current circumstances.
