His Highness the Amir Receives a Letter from the President of the Maldives - Sarmad

His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad, received a written letter from the President of the friendly Republic of Maldives, Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, concerning the close bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and the frameworks for enhancing and developing them.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement issued today, Thursday, that Foreign Minister Sheikh Jaraah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received the letter during his meeting with the Maldivian Minister of Islamic Affairs and Endowments and Special Envoy to the President of the Republic of Maldives, Dr. Mohamed Shameem Ali Saeed.

The ministry added that the meeting reviewed the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, along with an exchange of views on issues of mutual interest.
