The Ministry of Islamic Affairs launched today, Monday, the “Educational Bus and Instilling Islamic Values” program, implemented by the Ministry’s Rehabilitation and Evaluation Department in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. This initiative is part of the Islamic Affairs Ministry’s efforts to consolidate Islamic values, spread religious and cultural awareness, and foster positive behavior among youth through educational initiatives that contribute to building a generation capable of making positive contributions to the service of its society and country.

Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr. Sulaiman Al-Suwailim emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to integrating efforts among state institutions and unifying educational and awareness initiatives in raising children, noting that Islamic values are morals that youth should embody and behaviors practiced in daily life.

Al-Suwailim stressed the diligent work aimed at ensuring the program enhances students’ knowledge and values, improves their behavior, reinforces respect for others and a sense of responsibility, thereby supporting the development of balanced individuals equipped to contribute to serving society and the nation.

He clarified that the “Educational Bus” program covers religious, educational, psychological, social, and digital topics focused on consolidating Islamic values and noble ethics, fostering positive student behavior, and raising awareness of issues affecting their daily lives through interactive activities and lectures tailored to their needs, linking values and concepts to real-life situations.

He added that the program extends the field educational tours previously conducted by the Rehabilitation and Evaluation Department and continues its efforts to develop awareness and educational guidance methods, delivering religious and value-based messages through innovative and engaging means that strengthen their presence in the educational environment.

He underscored the importance of continuing to enhance partnership and integration between the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, the Ministry of Education, and relevant educational entities, thereby unifying efforts to consolidate Islamic values, promote awareness and positive behavior among students, and contribute to preparing a generation conscious of its values and responsibilities toward its society and country.
