The Ministry of Health has set the fees for services provided by the Medical Liability Authority, pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. 351 of 2026, published in the official gazette, Kuwait Al-Yawm.
The decision stipulates a fee of 20 dinars for each request for administrative services related to healthcare professionals and health facilities, 20 dinars for health licensing services, and 20 dinars for obtaining additional copies of technical committee reports. Meanwhile, the fee for convening an appeals committee against committee reports is set at 200 dinars.
The decision provides that the appeals committee fee must be paid within 30 days from the date the appellants are notified of the acceptance of their appeal; otherwise, the appeal requests will be considered null and void. The decision’s effective date is set for November 1, 2026, with the repeal of any previous decision or provision that conflicts with its provisions.
