This statement came in a press statement by Al-Huwail on Thursday, following a field visit to the South Al-Sabah Center, which is affiliated with the Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities, to review the progress of work, assess the level of services provided to residents, and closely follow up on their needs.
She stressed the necessity for officials and leaders to be continuously present in the field to engage in direct communication with people with disabilities, understand their needs, and evaluate the extent to which their requirements are being met, moving beyond reliance on office reports.
