The Public Relations Department of the Kuwait Municipality announced that the Engineering Audit and Follow-up Administration conducted a field inspection in the Hawalli Governorate, involving specialized supervisory teams tasked with monitoring construction violations in investment, commercial, industrial, and private residential properties. The aim was to take necessary action against violators and verify their compliance with applicable regulations and bylaws.
The administration clarified that this was the third such inspection in the governorate. The supervisory team surveyed several areas and sites where violations had been identified. The inspection resulted in issuing three violation notices for building code infractions and issuing seven warnings regarding construction violations in the Salmiya area.
It was further noted that the third inspection will be followed by additional field visits covering all governorates, according to a schedule prepared by the Public Relations team in coordination with the relevant departments, to be carried out in the coming weeks.
