Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister Walid al-Khoreiji stated that the Houthi militia’s terrorist attacks using ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones on civilian and economic facilities and airports in the Kingdom constitute “complete war crimes.”
He added that the militia’s terrorist attacks had surpassed all ethical and religious considerations, accusing them of deliberately targeting Mecca, Medina, pilgrims, and visitors.
The Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister affirmed that the Kingdom would not tolerate any threat to the safety of its citizens, residents, and visitors, and that it would take all lawful measures to defend its territory, repel aggression, and deter aggressors.
He reiterated Saudi Arabia’s continued support for the Yemeni people and its legitimate government, and its assistance in confronting Houthi attacks.
