The General Directorate of Traffic, represented by the Security Control Department, arrested a suspect in the Al-Wafra agricultural area following his involvement in reckless and dangerous driving maneuvers with his vehicle.
The arrest came after monitoring vehicles used for reckless driving on social media platforms, where a violating vehicle was identified. This vehicle had previously been documented in video clips showing instances of reckless and dangerous driving. Consequently, a well-planned ambush was set up, resulting in the seizure of the vehicle and its driver.
Legal measures were taken against the suspect, who was referred to the Central Prison, and the vehicle was impounded.
The General Directorate of Traffic continues to monitor and pursue individuals engaged in reckless and dangerous driving, taking deterrent legal actions against them to ensure road safety and protect lives and property.
