Deputy Minister of Interior: Developing the work system and enhancing services for visitors - Sarmad

Deputy Minister of Interior Major General Abdulwahab Al-Wahib emphasized the importance of continuing to develop the work system and mobilizing available resources to streamline procedures, ensuring the speed and accuracy of transaction processing and facilitating citizens’ access to services.

In a press statement on Wednesday, the Ministry of Interior said this came during the opening of the nationality hall, following its renovation by the General Administration of Kuwaiti Nationality and Passports in the Shuwaikh area, under the patronage of Kuwait Finance House, and in the presence of Assistant Deputy Minister for Supporting Security Affairs Major General Fawaz Al-Roumi. This initiative is part of the Ministry of Interior’s efforts to develop its service facilities and enhance the level of services provided to citizens.

During the opening, the Deputy Minister also inspected the hall’s facilities and equipment and listened to a presentation by Major General Abdulrahman Al-Othaiman, Director General of the General Administration of Kuwaiti Nationality and Passports, on the mechanisms for receiving citizens, organizing the flow of transactions, and implementing procedures to deliver services, thereby helping to reduce waiting times and provide a more organized and efficient service environment.
