UAE Approves General Budget for 2027–2029 with 28.3% Growth - Sarmad

The UAE Cabinet, chaired by Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, approved the federal budget for 2027–2029 today, with total expenditures amounting to AED 292.5 billion, representing a growth of 28.3% compared to the previous three-year period.

Posting on his official X account, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid stated: “We have approved the federal budget for 2027–2029, with total expenditures of AED 292.5 billion, reflecting a growth of 28.3% compared to the previous three years. We have also approved the 2027 budget, with expenditures of AED 90.1 billion. Our priorities remain unchanged: education, health, housing, social services, and the quality of life and stability of citizens.”

He added: “Under the leadership of my brother Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, we will continue to consolidate our achievements, safeguard our accomplishments, and persist in our efforts to build the best possible life for our people.”
