Martyred in Ihram Garments.. Bangladesh Mourns Mufti and Preacher Nasrullah Al-Badr - Sarmad

Bangladeshi mufti and preacher Nasiruddin al-Badr died from injuries sustained in the Houthi militia’s attack on Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport on Saturday, October 10, after arriving in Saudi Arabia wearing ihram garments in preparation for his journey to Mecca.
Al-Badr was part of a group of 45 Islamic scholars and a Bangladeshi teacher from Rabee’ al-‘Ilm al-‘Arabi University, who had come to Saudi Arabia to perform the Umrah pilgrimage, before the airport was attacked, targeting one of the passenger terminals. His journey to the Holy Land ended in tragedy, thwarting his wish to complete the pilgrimage rites.
