The General Secretariat of the Arab Ministers of Interior Council stated in a press release that the conference emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation and exchanging expertise among Arab traffic departments, urging member states to develop and share joint awareness messages and materials addressing key traffic behaviors and risks, thereby benefiting from successful experiences and practices in this field.
It added that the conference stressed the need to coordinate traffic awareness campaigns among Arab countries, especially during related events and occasions, and to adopt unified messages disseminable across various media and social media platforms to enhance the effectiveness of road safety awareness efforts.
