Foreign Minister Discusses Kuwaiti Missing Persons Case with UN Secretary-General's Representative

(KUNA) – Foreign Minister Sheikh Jaraah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received today, Thursday, Mary Yamashita, the UN Secretary-General’s High Representative for implementing Security Council Resolution 2792 (2025) on tracking Kuwaiti missing persons and third-country nationals and returning Kuwaiti property, including the National Archives, during her official visit to the State of Kuwait.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that the meeting discussed efforts aimed at making tangible progress in the search for Kuwaiti missing persons and third-country nationals, determining their fate, and recovering Kuwaiti property, including the National Archives.
