Faisal Al-Sultan, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Mazoon, stated, “When we invest in the ambitions of our daughters, we are investing in Kuwait’s entire economy. This is the principle that guided us three years ago with our partnership in (Academy X), and today we celebrate the third cohort of its graduates, who have mastered two pivotal tracks: tech entrepreneurship using artificial intelligence, and marketing using artificial intelligence.”

Al-Sultan’s remarks came during the graduation ceremony of “Kudd Academy,” the first AI and programming training academy in the Arab world, marking the third edition of the “Academy X” program.

He added, “Three consecutive years of support have taught us one clear lesson: women’s competence in Kuwait is not a future promise, but a present reality taking shape before us with each new cohort. What has been achieved today by this group of graduates reflects the impact we aspire to when supporting initiatives of this kind: building female capabilities capable of competing, innovating, and leading their own ventures, or confidently entering the job market.”

He continued, “At Mazoon, we renew our thanks to (Kudd) for the partnership spanning the past three years, and for their consistent commitment to delivering high-quality content befitting the ambitions of Kuwaiti young women. We congratulate every graduate on this achievement and look forward to what they will accomplish in the next phase.”

The third edition of the “Academy X” program, “Kudd Academy,” concluded as part of a strategic partnership with Bank Al-Bilad, Zain Kuwait, Mazoon, Talabat, Boutiqaat, alongside media sponsorship by Al-Rai Global Advertising and Public Relations Company, and hosting by the American University of Kuwait. A total of 625 students were accepted across three cohorts this year, bringing the cumulative number of participants since the program’s launch to over 1,500.

The 2026 edition introduces a qualitative leap in content, launching the “AI Marketing” track for the first time in the program, with 247 female participants, alongside the “AI Tech Entrepreneurship” track, which enrolled 378 female participants.
