Saudi Arabia and US discuss maritime cooperation and enhancing freedom of navigation in the region - Sarmad

On Wednesday, Saudi Navy Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Mohammed Al-Gharibi met with Commander of U.S. Central Command’s Naval Forces and Commander of the Fifth Fleet, Vice Admiral Kurt Renshaw.

The Saudi Ministry of Defense stated that the two sides discussed maritime cooperation between the two countries, in a manner that serves their shared interests and enhances maritime security and freedom of navigation in the region.
