Minister of Social Affairs: Accelerating Digital Transformation and Developing Electronic Services and Systems - Sarmad

Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwail, emphasized the importance of accelerating digital transformation and developing electronic services and systems, which contribute to simplifying procedures, reducing processing times, enhancing performance efficiency, and improving the quality of services provided to citizens and clients.

During her meeting with ministry executives, Al-Huwail stressed the need to prioritize clients, expedite the processing of their cases, strengthen cooperation and coordination among the ministry’s sectors, and remove administrative obstacles that delay beneficiaries’ interests, all while adhering to the laws and regulations governing work.

She directed that regular meetings be held with executives to monitor operations, with the provision of regular statistics and reports detailing the volume of achievements and completed tasks, alongside presenting clear plans and strategies for each sector linked to specific timelines and measurable indicators.

Al-Huwail urged executives to feel a sense of trust and responsibility, work as a unified team, and keep God in mind in their work. She noted that her door is open to address any obstacles hindering operations and that she is ready to work and cooperate with them in any department or sector to serve the best interests of the ministry and its clients.
