Naim Qasim: We See the Liberation of Southern Lebanon Before Our Eyes - Sarmad

Hezbollah’s Lebanese Secretary-General, Naim Qassem, stated on Tuesday that Israel will not be able to remain in southern Lebanon, emphasizing that the solution begins with the enemy’s humiliating withdrawal, along with the United States, which supports it.
Speaking at an event launching the “Preservation and Dissemination of the Legacy of the Nation’s Martyr Leader Hassan Nasrallah” foundation, Qassem said, “If we want to identify modern resistance, we say the first resistor is His Eminence Hassan Nasrallah, because he laid the foundations for defense and resistance and worked with all resistors worldwide to foster unity and interaction.”
He added, “The liberation of southern Lebanon is before our eyes, and Israel will not be able to remain in the south, even if only for a short while. This resistance, which has shown steadfastness, has managed to create a legend of endurance.”
He continued, “The solution begins with the enemy’s humiliating exit, along with the American power that supports it with all its strength to attack our region. As for internal Lebanese issues, we are ready to cooperate, but without external dictates.”
Qassem noted that “wars consist of rounds, but the final round belongs to the owners of the land and justice, and to those who followed the path of mujahideen and martyrs.”
He affirmed that “the sacrifices of the Palestinian people are immense, and the injustice perpetrated by Israel, the United States, and the West is extraordinary and unnatural. However, given the nobility of this people and their sacrifices, victory is inevitable.”
Qassem stressed that Hezbollah is prepared to cooperate on internal matters, whether concerning weapons restriction, the economy, or peaceful coexistence, within the framework of existing constitutional provisions and without external dictates.
