The Public Relations Department of the Kuwait Municipality announced that the Inspection and Municipal Services Follow-up Administration at the Al-Farwaniyah Governorate Municipality branch conducted inspection tours in various areas of the governorate to ensure that markets and shops comply with the municipality’s conditions and regulations.
In this context, Talal Al-Aqab, Director of the Inspection and Municipal Services Follow-up Administration in Al-Farwaniyah Governorate, stated that a field inspection carried out in the Al-Aridiyah craft area regarding shops and advertisements resulted in 13 violations, which included failure to renew advertising permits, erecting informational signs for business activities without a permit, using spaces and courtyards without municipal approval, and failing to maintain advertisements.
He noted that inspectors in the governorate will continue their field rounds to monitor and track violators of the systems and regulations enforced by the municipality, and to take legal action against them.
