Nizahat organizes awareness lecture for Ministry of Finance staff to entrench corruption prevention - Sarmad

(KUNA) – The Public Authority for Combating Corruption (Nazaha) organized an awareness lecture for employees of the Ministry of Finance, titled “Transparency and the Fight Against Financial and Administrative Corruption,” as part of its efforts to promote the values of integrity and transparency and to entrench anti-corruption prevention principles in government entities.

Nazaha stated in a press release that the lecture covered the concept of a transparency culture, its objectives, and its importance in the workplace, along with the principles of reform and ways to strengthen them. It also reviewed the main types of financial and administrative corruption, the mechanisms adopted to prevent and combat it, and the role of transparency in mitigating its risks.

The lecture also highlighted the importance of promoting the values of integrity, transparency, justice, and equal opportunity in the workplace, and their role in enhancing institutional performance efficiency and entrenching sound administrative practices.
