The Supreme Council of the Judiciary stated in a press release that Advisor Dr. Bursali congratulated the new judges on joining the judiciary, and clarified to them the responsibilities resting on their shoulders and the duties they must adhere to.
He urged them to strive for justice, safeguard the interests of litigants, and commit to continuously expanding their knowledge and expertise by staying abreast of all new developments, whether in judicial principles, jurisprudential research, or technical fields, so as to enable them to fulfill their entrusted mission to the highest standard.
He also advised them to wish Kuwait well and to protect its security and stability, as a way of repaying, in part, the great contributions bestowed upon them by their beloved country.
Attending the oath-taking ceremony, in addition to the President of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary and President of the Court of Cassation, was the Vice President of the Court of First Instance, Advisor Khaled Al-Othman, in accordance with Article 25 of Law-Decree No. 80 of 2026 promulgating the Law on the Organization of the Judiciary.
