Gulf Union: Draw to decide qualifier between Oman and Iraq - Sarmad

The Gulf Football Federation announced that the identity of the qualified team between Oman and Iraq will be determined by a draw, after both teams tied on all the criteria used to determine qualification, according to Al Ekhbariya Sports.

The draw is scheduled to take place within an hour to announce the team advancing to the next round.

Omani national team players had incorrectly been informed on the pitch that they had qualified, before it became clear that the Omani and Iraqi teams were tied on all criteria, necessitating a draw to decide who advances.
