Weather expert Isa Ramadan predicted a slight drop in temperatures over the next two days, with readings hovering around and below 40 degrees Celsius on Wednesday and Thursday, alongside chances for scattered rainfall from September 30 to October 3.

Ramadan stated that the probability of rain ranges between 7 and 30 percent, with clouds expected to begin forming and moving across the region starting tomorrow, Wednesday, and continuing in a scattered pattern until next Saturday. He noted that these clouds will sometimes be moderate and at other times light, and may be accompanied by cumulus clouds.

He explained that humid southeast winds are creating conditions favorable for rainfall, noting that some of these showers could be among the first rains of the “Wasm” season, also known as “Qala’id al-Wasm,” which are mostly scattered and light.

Ramadan pointed out that relative humidity will rise starting Thursday evening and continue through Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, accompanied by scattered clouds. During these same days, the southeast winds will moderate but occasionally intensify.

He added that increased wind activity may reduce visibility at night and cause higher sea waves.
