Minister of Media: Completing Preparations for the 'Book Fair' to the Highest Standards - Sarmad

Omar Al-Omar, the Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology and Acting Minister of Media and Culture, reviewed the latest preparations and arrangements for organizing the 49th edition of the Kuwait International Book Fair.

In a press statement on Monday, the Ministry of Media said this came during a meeting between Minister Al-Omar and members of the Supreme Organizing Committee for the 49th edition of the Kuwait International Book Fair.

The ministry added that committee members reviewed the progress of work and the planned arrangements for hosting this cultural event, along with discussing several items on the committee’s agenda.

According to the statement, Minister Al-Omar emphasized the importance of continuing coordination among relevant authorities to complete preparations to the highest standards and to enhance the cultural standing of the Kuwait International Book Fair, which is considered one of the most prominent cultural events in Kuwait.
