According to Law-Decree No. 100 of 2026 approving the final accounts of the Authority, published Sunday morning in the official gazette “Kuwait Al-Yaum,” the shortfall of 585.38 million dinars was covered from the budgets of ministries and government departments, represented by the Ministry of Finance – General Accounts.
