Issuance of 4 decrees revoking Kuwaiti citizenship from 11 individuals - Sarmad

Today, Sunday, four decrees were published in the official gazette, “Kuwait Today,” stipulating the revocation of citizenship from 11 individuals.

Decree No. 151 of 2026 stipulates the revocation of citizenship certificates from three individuals, as well as from those who acquired it through dependency, in accordance with Article 21bis (a) of Amiri Decree No. 15 of 1959 on the Kuwaiti Nationality Law and its amendments.

Decree No. 152 of 2026 stipulates the revocation of citizenship from four individuals, as well as from those who acquired it through dependency.

Decree No. 153 of 2026 stipulates the revocation of citizenship from three individuals, as well as from those who acquired it through dependency, in accordance with Article 21bis (a) of Amiri Decree No. 15 of 1959 on the Kuwaiti Nationality Law and its amendments.

Decree No. 154 of 2026 stipulates the revocation of citizenship from one individual, as well as from those who acquired it through dependency.
