Foreign Minister Discusses with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State the Enhancement of Bilateral Relations

Foreign Minister Sheikh Jaraah Jaber Al-Ahmad held talks with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Donald Bloom on ways to enhance bilateral relations and strategic cooperation between the State of Kuwait and the United States, and to develop them across various fields.

This came during the Foreign Minister’s reception of the U.S. official at the headquarters of Kuwait’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York on Wednesday evening, on the sidelines of the high-level week of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly.

The meeting also covered the latest developments and updates on both the regional and international fronts.
