Representative of His Highness the Amir Discusses Bilateral Relations with the Duke of Luxembourg in New York

(KUNA) – His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, received today His Royal Highness Grand Duke Guillaume of Luxembourg and the accompanying delegation at the permanent mission of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations in New York, on the sidelines of the high-level week of the eighty-first session of the United Nations General Assembly.

At the outset of the meeting, His Highness the Crown Prince conveyed greetings from His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the Country, and extended best wishes for his good health and well-being, as well as for the continued progress and prosperity of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and its friendly people.

The meeting discussed bilateral relations between the State of Kuwait and the friendly Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and ways to develop them in the interests of both countries and their friendly peoples, as well as addressing the most prominent developments on the regional and international fronts.

Attendees included His Excellency Sheikh Jaraah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Meshal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Director General of the Direct Investment Promotion Authority; His Excellency Ambassador Mansour Ayad Al-Otaibi; His Excellency Ambassador Tariq Mohammed Al-Bunai, Permanent Representative of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations; and Major General Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Duai, Director of the Crown Prince’s Office.
