Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Commander-in-Chief Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Heads to the United States

This morning, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, the Crown Prince and representative of His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad, the Amir of the beloved country, departed the country, accompanied by an official delegation, bound for the United States to lead Kuwait’s delegation at the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, to be held in New York City.

His Highness was seen off at the airport by His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah, the Prime Minister; Sheikh Mubarak Al-Humoud, Commander of the National Guard; Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousif, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali, Minister of Diwan Amiri Affairs; Shari’a Al-Muwasharji, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs; Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad, Head of the Crown Prince’s Diwan; Engineer Sheikh Hamad Al-Mubarak, Chairman of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation; and other senior officials.

Accompanying His Highness is an official delegation comprising Sheikh Jaraah Jaber Al-Ahmad, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Sheikh Dr. Meshal Jaber Al-Ahmad, Director General of the Direct Investment Promotion Authority; and other senior officials.
