South Korean President: We will not deploy military assets to intervene in the Middle East conflict - Sarmad

South Korean President Lee Jae-myung said on Friday that he would not deploy military assets to the Middle East that could drag his country into a conflict linked to the war with Iran.

However, Lee said in a press conference that the government is considering expanding its role in protecting navigation through the Strait of Hormuz, according to Reuters.
