(KUNA) — The Kuwaiti-Italian Military Cooperation Committee held its 16th meeting in Rome, the Italian capital, chaired by Brigadier General Rakan Raed Mubarak Al-Sakran, Deputy Head of the Operations and Plans Directorate of the Kuwaiti Army, and Major General Adrian Argieri, Head of the Strategic Planning Directorate of the Italian Army.
The General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army stated in a statement on Wednesday that the meeting discussed a number of issues of mutual interest, as well as ways to enhance bilateral relations and develop military cooperation between the two friendly countries.
A number of senior commanding officers from both sides attended the meeting.
