Kuwait: Saudi security is an integral part of our security and that of the Gulf states - Sarmad

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Kuwait’s strong condemnation and denunciation of the Houthi militia’s attacks on civilian targets and civilians in the Saudi Arabian cities of Khamis Mushait, Abha, and Ta’if, using ballistic missiles and drones. These attacks resulted in injuries to several civilians and caused material damage to residential homes and vehicles, constituting a blatant violation of the Kingdom’s sovereignty and a breach of international law and international humanitarian law.

The Ministry reaffirmed Kuwait’s absolute solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its steadfast support, and its backing of all measures undertaken by the Kingdom to safeguard its sovereignty, preserve its security, stability, and interests, and protect its people and residents on its territory. It emphasized that the security of the Kingdom is an integral part of the security of the State of Kuwait and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
