Kuwait Airways Takes Delivery of 'Qarouh', Its Sixth Airbus A330-900neo - Sarmad

(KUNA) – Kuwait Airways announced on Saturday the receipt of its sixth Airbus A330-900neo aircraft, part of a purchase deal with Airbus, delivered from the manufacturer’s facility in Toulouse, France.

In a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the airline said the aircraft’s arrival is part of its plan to modernize and strengthen its fleet, support its operational plans, and expand its route network in line with air transport market needs, while enhancing the travel experience and services offered to passengers.

Kuwait Airways added that it is expecting the delivery of a seventh aircraft of the same type as part of its fleet enhancement and modernization plan.

The Airbus A330-900neo features modern technologies, higher fuel efficiency, and lower emissions compared to previous aircraft models, in addition to providing advanced levels of passenger comfort, which contributes to improving the operational efficiency of the national carrier and supporting its future plans.
