Minister Al-Amer Discusses with Saudi Tourism Minister Enhancing Prospects of Joint Cooperation - Sarmad

(KUNA) – Kuwait’s Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology and Acting Minister of Media and Culture, Omar Al-Omar, held talks on Thursday with Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Tourism, Ahmed Al-Khateeb, to explore ways to enhance joint cooperation in areas that serve the interests of the two countries and their fraternal peoples.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 10th meeting of ministers responsible for tourism in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, held in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The discussion covered the deep-rooted fraternal and historical relations between Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, as well as ways to strengthen joint cooperation in tourism-related fields to support and develop the tourism sector in both brotherly countries.
The two sides also discussed several topics of mutual interest, emphasizing the importance of continuing coordination and cooperation, as well as exchanging expertise and experiences in the tourism sector to better leverage the assets and potential of both countries and support the growth of tourist flows between them.
