Issa Ramadan: The Star of Canopus Visible Before Sunday Dawn.. and the Start of Summer's Heat Decline - Sarmad

Weather and environmental forecasting expert Issa Ramadan stated that the star Suhail will be visible in the sky over northern Arabia, and everyone can observe it before dawn on Sunday.
Ramadan explained that, historically, the appearance of Suhail was considered by Arabs as an indicator of the end of the hot summer season and the onset of autumn, noting that current weather conditions differ from those of the past.
He added that weather in the coming period is expected to remain hot with increased relative humidity, with forecasts predicting cloud cover before the end of the week.
He pointed out the possibility of scattered, potentially cumulus clouds forming on Wednesday and Thursday in some western areas of Kuwait, clarifying that they will not cover all regions, with a probability of formation ranging between 50 and 80 percent.
