Fifth Round of Political Consultations Between Kuwait and Italy Held in Rome - Sarmad

• Reaffirmation of the commitment to strengthening cooperation, continuing coordination, and exchanging views

(KUNA) – The fifth round of political consultations between the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation took place today, Thursday, in the Italian capital, Rome. The Kuwaiti side was led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Hamad Al-Mushaan, while the Italian side was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Edmondo Cirielli.

The Foreign Ministry stated in a press release that the consultations addressed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways to enhance and develop them across various fields, as well as the latest developments on the regional and international fronts. It added that the consultations reflected both sides’ commitment to strengthening bilateral ties, continuing coordination, and exchanging views on issues of mutual interest.
