His Highness the Amir receives a letter from the President of the UAE inviting him to attend the UN Water Conference - Sarmad

His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad, received today a written letter from Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, President of the United Arab Emirates, containing an invitation for His Highness to attend the opening ceremony and participate in the “UN Water Conference 2026,” which the UAE will host in partnership with Senegal from December 8 to 10 next year.

The letter was delivered to His Highness by the UAE Ambassador to Kuwait, Dr. Matar Hamed Al-Nuaimi.

Present at the meeting were the Director of the Amir’s Office, Retired Major General Jamal Al-Diab; the Deputy Secretary of the Amir’s Diwan, Sheikh Abdulaziz Meshal Al-Sabah; and the Deputy Secretary for Foreign Affairs at the Amir’s Diwan, Mazen Al-Eissa.
