"Supreme Committee": Loss of Kuwaiti citizenship for 7 individuals - Sarmad

Today, Sunday, the official supplement of the Kuwait Gazette, “Kuwait Today,” published a decision by the Supreme Committee for Granting Kuwaiti Citizenship to strip citizenship from seven individuals.

Article One of the decision, numbered 2016/87 for the year 2026, stipulates the loss of citizenship for seven individuals, based on Article 11 of Emir Decree No. 15 of 1959 and its amended laws.

Article Two states that the relevant authorities shall each implement this decision in accordance with their respective jurisdictions, and it shall take effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
