"Municipality: 26 violations issued in Farwaniya Governorate - Sarmad"

The Public Relations Department announced that the Audit and Municipal Services Follow-up Administration in the Farwaniya Governorate carried out a campaign titled “License Your Activity… Take the Right Steps.” The campaign involved inspection teams conducting checks on commercial activities and health licenses for shops, as well as advertising permits, and taking necessary measures against violators. It also aimed to verify compliance with the regulations governing shops and advertisements across all their activities.

The administration clarified that the specialized inspection team conducted field inspections in several investment and commercial areas within the governorate, with the goal of identifying violations, taking appropriate legal actions, and ensuring that ongoing activities matched the issued licenses. The campaign resulted in the inspection of 65 commercial establishments and the issuance of 26 violation notices for non-compliance with the regulations governing shops and advertisements.

It was emphasized that this field round is part of a series of campaigns carried out periodically by inspection teams across various governorates of Kuwait, according to a schedule prepared by the Public Relations Department in coordination with relevant administrations. This initiative aims to strengthen field oversight and ensure that shop owners adhere to the applicable regulations and systems.
