Minister of Social Affairs: Facilitating procedures for persons with disabilities and expediting their cases - Sarmad

On Monday, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwail, Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood, conducted an inspection visit to the Al-Sabahia Center, affiliated with the Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities, where she reviewed the progress of operations and the level of services provided to clients.

In a press statement, Minister Al-Huwail stated that meeting the needs of persons with disabilities and enhancing the quality of services provided to them are top priorities. She emphasized the importance of streamlining procedures, expediting the processing of transactions, and improving the quality of services offered to clients.

During the visit, she met with several clients and listened directly to their feedback and needs. She directed that their requests be followed up promptly and that any obstacles they face be removed, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and easily. She also reviewed the operational mechanisms within the center and the services provided to persons with disabilities.
