Narcotics Control Arrests 22 Suspects in 13 Cases of Trafficking and Consumption - Sarmad

The General Directorate for the Suppression of Narcotics has arrested 22 suspects in 13 separate cases, following intensive surveillance and investigations that uncovered their activities and led to their apprehension, along with the seizure of quantities of narcotics and psychoactive substances intended for trafficking and personal use. This operation is part of the ongoing security efforts to combat the scourge of drug abuse and pursue its distributors.
The operations resulted in the seizure of 466 grams of methamphetamine, 350 grams of heroin, 70 grams of marijuana along with 30 seeds, as well as 20 grams of hashish and 148 A4 sheets saturated with chemical substances. The seizures also included 115 psychoactive tablets, 11 sensitive scales, and several drug-use paraphernalia.
All suspects and seized items have been referred to the competent authorities to take the necessary legal action against them.
