Deputy Minister of Health Inspects Abdullah and Shreefa Al-Mohairi Health Center and Services Provided to Visitors - Sarmad

(KUNA) – Kuwait’s Undersecretary of Health, Sheikh Dr. Salman Khalifa Al-Sabah, conducted an inspection tour on Wednesday at the Abdullah and Sharifa Al-Mohairi Health Center in the Khalidiya area, to review operations and the quality of health services provided to patients, as part of the continuous field monitoring of health facilities.
The Ministry of Health stated in a press release that Sheikh Salman Al-Sabah reviewed the operational mechanisms across the center’s various departments and clinics, as well as the smooth delivery of health services. He also listened to briefings from the center’s management regarding the nature of the services offered, patient reception procedures, and workflow organization.
The ministry added that the tour included several departments and clinics, during which the Undersecretary directly heard patients’ opinions and feedback on the quality of health services and the ease of accessing them, aiming to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the patient experience.
It was clarified that the Undersecretary met with medical, technical, and administrative staff, listening to their key observations and needs related to operations. He emphasized the importance of continuing to develop the work environment and enhancing service efficiency to support the quality of healthcare and meet patients’ needs.
The ministry stressed that this tour aligns with its approach of strengthening direct field monitoring of health facilities, assessing operations and the needs of both facilities and staff, thereby contributing to the ongoing development, efficiency, and quality of health services.
