Interior Ministry: 79 violators and wanted persons apprehended in security campaign in Ahmadi Governorate - Sarmad

(KUNA) – The Ministry of Interior, through its Directorate of Security Affairs sector, carried out a security campaign in Al-Ahmadi Governorate to apprehend wanted individuals and those violating the Labor and Residency Laws and related regulations.

In a press statement on Tuesday, the Ministry said the campaign was conducted in several areas of the governorate, focusing on the Fahaheel area, and targeted illegal street vendors in violation of the Labor and Residency Laws. It resulted in the apprehension of 79 individuals and the issuance of 63 traffic violation tickets.

It added that appropriate legal and administrative measures were taken against all violators, paving the way for their referral to the competent authorities.
