Advanced negotiations to acquire TriStar for $1.5 billion - Sarmad

Indian company Aegis Logistics is in advanced negotiations to acquire TriStar, in which Agility Global holds a 65.21% stake, in a potential deal valued at approximately $1.5 billion.

TriStar is one of the key assets in Agility Global’s portfolio, accounting for about 28% of its revenues. It recorded revenues of $1.4 billion and an EBITDA of $257 million in 2025.
