(KUNA) – Foreign Minister Sheikh Jaraah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah held telephone calls today, Monday, with his counterparts in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the Sultanate of Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, and Egypt. The discussions covered the latest regional developments and diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalation and enhancing security and stability in the region, while stressing the importance of intensifying coordination and consultations to support diplomatic solutions and overcome current crises.
The calls included Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Bahraini Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Omani Foreign Minister Badr Al Busaidi, and Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.
During the calls, the latest regional developments were reviewed, and diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalation and enhancing security and stability in the region were discussed.
