Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed: Kuwait's security is an integral part of the security of the UAE and Gulf states - Sarmad

The UAE’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, expressed the UAE’s full solidarity with and support for Kuwait in the measures taken by its security agencies to thwart a terrorist plot targeting a critical facility and to arrest a citizen who had joined the ISIS terrorist group, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).

He reaffirmed the UAE’s full support for all measures undertaken by Kuwait to safeguard its security, sovereignty, stability, and the safety of its society, commending the competence and vigilance of the security agencies and their success in uncovering this ISIS-linked plot and taking legal action against its members.

He stressed the UAE’s firm rejection of all forms of terrorism and organizations linked to external agendas, emphasizing the importance of enhancing regional and international cooperation to counter these threats.

He concluded by reiterating that Kuwait’s security is an integral part of the security of the UAE and the Gulf Arab countries, renewing the UAE’s full support for all measures Kuwait takes to preserve its security, stability, and protect its national achievements.
