«Fire Force»: Transparent and Fair Evaluation of Candidates for Officer Training Course - Sarmad

(KUNA) – The General Fireforce confirmed on Tuesday that the evaluation of applicants for the officers’ course is conducted with full transparency, professionalism, and fairness.

In a statement, the Force said that Brigadier General Talal Al-Roumi, Head of the Fire Department, chaired the committee responsible for conducting personal interviews with applicants holding secondary school certificates who are seeking to join the officers’ course.

The committee, composed of members from various sectors of the Force, conducts interviews in accordance with defined frameworks, standards, and governance systems, ensuring that applicants are assessed fairly, transparently, professionally, and competently, paving the way for completing admission procedures and joining the military corps of the Force.
