Graduation of 15 Kuwaiti officers from the Polish Naval Academy in Gdynia - Sarmad

Fifteen Kuwaiti officers from the Kuwait Land Forces graduated from a training course for conversion and integration into the Kuwait Naval Forces, during a graduation ceremony organized by the Polish Naval Academy in Gdynia, attended by Kuwait’s Ambassador to Poland, Saad Al-Muhaini.

In a speech delivered on the occasion, as conveyed in a statement issued by the Kuwaiti Embassy in Poland, Ambassador Al-Muhaini expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the efforts undertaken by the Polish Naval Academy in training and qualifying Kuwaiti military personnel, which contributes to strengthening the bonds of cooperation and supporting the strategic framework uniting the two friendly countries.

The ambassador emphasized that the naval forces sector currently constitutes a highly important strategic pillar, particularly in light of the circumstances and challenges facing the region, and he wished the graduates success and achievement.

He urged the graduates to uphold their national responsibility and fulfill their duty to protect the homeland from various external risks and threats, noting that the conversion course to the naval forces lasts for one year, within the framework of military cooperation extending over more than two decades between Kuwait and Poland in the fields of training and qualification.

The graduation ceremony was attended by the President of the Polish Naval Academy, Vice Admiral Professor Tomasz Schubert, the Deputy President for Military Affairs, Commander Sławomir Dorotyn, and the course supervisor, Lieutenant Mubarak Al-Amari.
