Deputy Minister of Interior Meets with Yemeni Ambassador to Discuss Enhancing Security Cooperation - Sarmad

(KUNA) – Assistant Minister of Interior Major General Abdulwahab Al-Wahayeb held talks today, Sunday, with the Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Kuwait, Dr. Ali Mansour bin Safa, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation and coordination in security fields, serving the shared interests of the two fraternal countries.

The Ministry of Interior stated in a press release that Major General Al-Wahayeb met with Ambassador bin Safa in the presence of Brigadier General Khaled Al-Humaidi, Head of the Education and Training Sector, and several security leaders. The statement added that Major General Al-Wahayeb emphasized during the meeting the deep historical and fraternal ties binding the two fraternal countries.

For his part, Ambassador bin Safa expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Ministry of Interior, praising the level of cooperation and coordination between the two countries, and reaffirming his country’s commitment to continuing to strengthen bilateral relations and develop areas of joint cooperation.
