Decree Issued Renewing the Appointment of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense Sheikh Abdullah Mubarak Al-Sabah - Sarmad

Today, Sunday, Decree No. 125 of 2026 was published in the Official Gazette, “Kuwait Today,” renewing the appointment of Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Mubarak Abdullah Al-Sabah as Deputy Minister of Defense.

Article One stipulates: “The appointment of Dr. Abdullah Mubarak Abdullah Al-Sabah, Deputy Minister of Defense, is renewed for a period of four years, effective from 26/12/2026.”

Article Two states: “The Minister of Defense shall implement this decree, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.”
