Foreign Minister Holds Call with His UAE Counterpart, Condemns the Blameworthy Iranian Attack on an ADNOC Tanker - Sarmad

(KUNA) – Foreign Minister Sheikh Jaraah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah held a telephone conversation today, Saturday, with Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the fraternal United Arab Emirates.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press statement that Sheikh Jaraah Al-Jaber expressed Kuwait’s condemnation of the reprehensible Iranian attack that targeted one of the tankers belonging to the UAE’s ADNOC company as it was transiting the Strait of Hormuz. He reaffirmed Kuwait’s full solidarity with the UAE and its support for all measures taken to safeguard its sovereignty and protect its security and interests.
